So when I look at my programs I have four C++ 2013, the newest one, the older one both 圆4 and x86 and this is what the game needs to work on my new computer! On my older PC it worked with only the two older c++ 2013 same as you, so I have no idea what is going on. But it still didn't work!:( What worked was that I downloaded again the 4 and now it works! Titanfall 2 too! First I installed Titanfall 2 and it didn't run either, it didn't throw an error message, simply did nothing when I wanted to start it-.- Then I checked the c++ versions on my old computer, where both game runs fine, and I also found what you found, the c++ 2013 version was the only difference, it was 4 on my new computer and 1.0 on my old computer, so I did what seemed reasonable, uninstalled the newer one and installed the older one.
