Roché also served as the Head Coach of four North West University residence teams, whereby one team won the NWU residence league, and the other won the residence Varsity Cup for the first time in eight years! 🏆 He also displayed his coaching skills as the forwards and defensive coach North West University Young Guns team and the u/21 team, as well as the forwards coach for the u/20 and u/21 Leopards Currie Cup Premier League team. He also coached the u/15 Potchefstroom High School team, who ended up being the team with the best winning record in the school for the year. He coached at u/14, u/16 and 1st team level at Potchefstroom Gymnasium High School.
WOW! 🤩Īs a coach, Roché has coached at all levels: school, university and Union level. 🏉 As a rugby player, Roché represented the Leopards at u/19 and u/21 Absa Currie Cup level represented North West University in the u/20 Varsity Cup Young Guns tournament he represented the North West University 1st team, as well as captained the North West University 2nd team.
